OUR CRAFT SMOKED FISH
10 Knots Waiheke Island Smokehouse makes craft smoked fish including Kahawai, Hoki, Warehou, Trevally and Hake in our small smokehouse on Waiheke Island. A little salt, some sugar, and then straight onto slow burned New Zealand Manuka chips — we preserve and enhance the ocean-fresh flavour, ready for you to enjoy.
