FRENCH OAK MALBEC WINE BARREL SMOKED SALMON 200G PORTION

We have teamed up with local winery Te Aotea Vineyards to create a French Oak Malbec wine barrel smoked salmon. We chip the used wine barrels  and like to keep it simple from there; just add some salt, brown sugar, and then into the Ta Aotea French Oak Malbec woodchips to smoke in small batches.
 
We smoke to order. Delivery will be approx 4 working days from order.
 
This vacuum-packed fish is around 200g but individual weight may vary.
