We have teamed up with local winery Man O War to create a French Oak Syrah wine barrel smoked salmon. We chip the used wine barrels and like to keep it simple from there; just add some salt, brown sugar, and then into the Man O War French Oak Syrah woodchips to smoke in small batches.
We smoke to order. Delivery will be approx 4 working days from order.
This vacuum-packed fish is around 200g but individual weight may vary.
