OUR CRAFT SMOKED FISH

10 Knots Shelly Beach Smokehouse makes craft smoked fish including Kahawai, Hoki, Warehou, Trevally and Hake in our small smokehouse at Shelly Beach. A little salt, some sugar, and then straight onto slow burned New Zealand Manuka chips — we preserve and enhance the ocean-fresh flavour, ready for you to enjoy.
